Registration

As the main requirement, companies that register with AFTECH must have legality from Indonesia as a PT (Limited Company) and have a business model in the field of financial technology.

While the completeness of the required legal documents consists of:

Copy of the Principle Licensing/Business Permits/other permits issued by BKPM, OSS Agency, Bank Indonesia or OJK or other relevant agencies, owned by the company. (if available).

  1. Application for Association Membership Registration
  2. Recommendation letters from 3 (three) Association Members, one of which is a Permanent Member
  3. Company and/or institution profile (can also be the institution's vision and mission)
  4. Business model checklist in the format required by the AFTECH’s Daily Management Board
  5. The latest Company Establishment Documents and (if applicable) Articles of Association and the Ministry of Law and Human Rights Decree (Ministry of Law & Human Rights)
  6. Licenses and/or registration marks for financial technology companies issued by OJK, BI (including sandbox) or other relevant official authorities that are still valid
  7. Compliance checklist in the format required by the AFTECH’s Daily Management Board
  8. Statement of disclosure regarding whether the company and/or the management of prospective members has ever been and/or is being sanctioned and/or punished by the competent authority in the last 5 (five) years
  9. Signed AFTECH Membership Contribution Payment Commitment Letter
  10. Other documents that might be further determined by the AFTECH’s AFTECH’s Daily Management Board
