As the world’s largest archipelago, Indonesia is ripe with millions of potentials, but often faces the challenge in terms of opportunity inclusivity. In general, people living in rural or small towns are pushed to move to the larger urban centers in order to tap into more opportunities and larger markets. On the other hand, people who do stay in the more remote areas pay so much more for the same product compared to people living in metropolises.
