We are pleased to announce the upcoming AFTECH Annual General Meeting (RUA) 2026, which will be held as follows:

Date: Tuesday, 12 May 2026
Venue: Soehanna Hall, The Energy Building, SCBD Area, Jakarta
Time: 10:00 – 12:15 WIB (Registration opens at 09:00 WIB)
Attendance Format: Physical (Offline)

Agenda:

1. Approval and ratification of the 2025 Accountability Report and 2025 Financial Statements
2. Approval of the 2026 Work Plan and 2026 Budget

Important Information:

• Full Members are fintech companies that are registered and/or officially licensed by OJK, BI, or other relevant authorities (including those admitted to regulatory sandboxes).
• Honorary Members are non-fintech entities, such as banks and other financial institutions, whose business activities are closely related to the fintech industry.
• Observer Members are fintech companies that have not yet obtained, but are in the process of applying for, official licenses from OJK, BI, or other relevant authorities.
• Supporting Members are parties whose business activities or missions are closely related to the fintech industry, both in Indonesia and globally.
• Associate Members are associations, organizations, or other entities legally established and recognized by the relevant authorities, whose activities are closely related to the fintech, financial, and/or digital economy sectors.
