1. Introduction

This Personal Data Protection Policy ("Policy") explains how the Indonesian Fintech Association ("AFTECH") collects, uses, stores, manages, protects, and/or discloses Personal Data in accordance with Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection, as well as other applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.

By accessing the AFTECH website, using our services, registering as a member, participating in AFTECH's events or activities, submitting information to us, or otherwise interacting with AFTECH, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Policy.

AFTECH may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, operational requirements, or applicable legal and regulatory obligations. Any revisions will be published on AFTECH's official website and will become effective upon publication.

2. Personal Data

For the purposes of this Policy, Personal Data refers to any data relating to an identified or identifiable individual, whether directly or indirectly, through electronic or non-electronic systems, as defined under Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.

The Personal Data collected by AFTECH may include, but is not limited to:

• Full name;
• National Identification Number (NIK), passport number, or other government-issued identification;
• Job title and company/organization;
• Email address;
• Telephone number;
• Correspondence or mailing address;
• Photographs, images, or event documentation;
• Professional information; and/or
• Any other information voluntarily provided to AFTECH through various communication channels.

3. Collection of Personal Data

AFTECH may collect Personal Data through various means, including but not limited to when you:

• Complete membership applications, event registrations, webinar registrations, training enrolments, or other registration forms for AFTECH's programs and activities;
• Submit requests for services, partnerships, collaborations, or other forms of engagement with AFTECH;
• Communicate with AFTECH's management, secretariat, employees, or authorized representatives via email, telephone, social media, messaging applications, or face-to-face meetings;
• Access or use AFTECH's website, digital platforms, or electronic services;
• Subscribe to AFTECH newsletters, mailing lists, or other publications;
• Participate in surveys, research initiatives, or other activities organized by AFTECH;
• Attend seminars, conferences, forums, or other events organized or supported by AFTECH, where photographs and/or video recordings may be taken for documentation purposes;
• Submit employment applications, curriculum vitae (CVs), or other supporting documents in connection with recruitment opportunities;
• Have your Personal Data provided to AFTECH by a third party that has obtained the necessary legal basis or valid consent to disclose such information; and/or
• Voluntarily provide your Personal Data to AFTECH through any other communication channel.

When you visit the AFTECH website, we may also collect certain technical information, including your IP address, device information, browser type, cookies, and website usage data, for the purposes of maintaining website security, improving system performance, conducting statistical analysis, and enhancing user experience.

If you provide AFTECH with the Personal Data of another individual, you represent and warrant that you have obtained the necessary consent from that individual or have another lawful basis under applicable laws and regulations to disclose such Personal Data to AFTECH.

AFTECH is committed to processing Personal Data in accordance with the principles of personal data protection, including transparency, purpose limitation, data minimization, accuracy, security, and accountability, as required under the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.
