(a) That with the growing number of Digital Financial Innovation (IKD) organizers, the financial planning business model cluster is a form of IKD progress and the increasingly growing financial technology market in Indonesia,
(b) That as an effort to avoid irresponsible practices, fill the legal vacuum and to prioritize and maintain consumer protection in the Financial Services Sector and all related parties, the Indonesian Fintech Association needs to establish the Principles of the Code of Conduct for the Provision of Responsible Financial Planner Services as an effort to implement and supervise the principles of good market conduct.
