2026 AFTECH Annual General Meeting (Rapat Umum Anggota/ RUA)

Dear AFTECH members,

We are pleased to share the results of the 2026 AFTECH Annual General Meeting (Rapat Umum Anggota/ RUA), the organization’s highest decision-making forum in accordance with the Articles of Association and Bylaws (AD/ART), which was held at Soehana Hall, SCBD area, Jakarta, on Tuesday, 12 May 2026. This year’s RUA carried two main agendas: the approval and ratification of the 2025 accountability report and 2025 financial report, as well as the approval of AFTECH’s 2026 work program and budget plan.

The forum was attended by national regulatory leaders and strategic stakeholders, reflecting AFTECH’s growing position as a trusted government partner in advancing Indonesia’s digital financial transformation. Distinguished attendees included Chairwoman of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority (OJK), Friderica Widyasari Dewi; Minister of National Development Planning/ Head of Bappenas, Rachmat Pambudy; Vice Minister of Finance, Juda Agung; Chairwoman of the OJK Audit Board, Sophia Wattimena; and Head of the Payment System Policy Department of Bank Indonesia, Ryan Rizaldy.

All of these achievements and agendas are guided under one overarching theme that will serve as AFTECH’s compass throughout 2026: “Strengthening Governance, Preserving Trust, and Shaping the Future Policy Direction of Indonesia’s Fintech Industry.”
