TapHomes offers 2 programs to its customers - Rent to Own and Sell and Stay. Below is a brief description of how these programs work:

Sell and Stay

1. Homeowner proposes to sell their primary residence to TapHomes
2. TapHomes assesses the eligibility of property based on various factors such as location,
   accessibility to points of interest, house specific features etc
3. TapHomes then determines the house purchase price based on client needs, Appraised
   Value (fair market value provided by 3rd party agent), and NJOP(government determined
   property value)
4. TapHomes buys property from HomeOwner at Transaction Value i.e. House Purchase Price + Notary Fees + Taxes
5. HomeOwner and TapHomes enter into 3 year rent with option to buy back contract
6. HomeOwner continues to stay in the house and pay monthly rent
7. At the end of contract, the customer has the option to buy back the house at a predetermined
   rate i.e. House purchase price adjusted for 3 years of pre agreed inflation rate

Rent to Own

1. Customer approaches TapHomes for assistance in buying a house
2. If the purchase price and house characteristics fit TapHomes criteria, TapHomes proceeds
   with the transaction. 5% Down payment is paid by the customer. TapHomes pays the balance.
3. Customer and TapHomes enter into 3 year rent with option to buy contract
4. Customer moves in the house and pays monthly rent for the period of contract
5. At the end of contract, the customer has the option to buy the house at a predetermined rate
   i.e. House purchase price adjusted for 3 years of pre agreed inflation rate
