Job Responsibilities:
1. Mapping of fixed cost payments based on due dates.
2. Receiving and verifying the completeness and eligibility of reimbursement data or other payment applications.
3. Analyzing withholding tax deductions, if applicable.
4. Submitting payments to relevant parties.
5. Collecting and archiving documents related to payments and receipts.
6. Performing bank and cash reconciliations.
7. Preparing cash/bank in and out reports.
Requirements:
1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Economics (Accounting or Taxation) from a reputable university.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Finance or Tax Specialist.
3. Proficiency in English communication, Mandarin language skill would be a plus.
4. Familiar with financial software and office applications, such as Microsoft Excel, etc.
5. Familiar with tax regulations related to withholding tax.
6. Basic understanding of financial processes and regulations.
7. Meticulous and detail-oriented.
